Stellantis Pro One dealership technicians are knowledgeable and specially trained to provide many services, including all maintenance and mechanical repairs for all FCA US LLC makes and models.

How it Works 

Step One

Contact a local dealer to make an appointment.

Step Two

Provide dealership with fleet name, vehicle identification number and driver’s letter if applicable.

Step Three

Upon completion of service, your dealer will file a Servicenet claim.

Step Four

Throughout the month, you’ll receive clear itemized bills for any service work and parts purchased for your vehicles with invoices paid monthly.

Get started by downloading and completing the Service Billing Agreement and Credit Application. Email your signed Service Billing Agreement and Credit Application to servicenet@stellantis.com. You can expect to receive an update from the Servicenet group within 5 to 10 business days. If you have questions, please contact the Servicenet Hotline at 248-512-7900.
